The EUC brackets are here
The final eight teams in each division are set and quarters start NOW!
The European season has been hugely influenced by preparations for the European Ultimate Championships. Teams had trials and training sessions all the way back in the winter, have played invitationals and joint training camps to increase their cohesion and chemistry and have played warm-up tournaments like Tom’s Tourney and Windmill to get as sharp as they can. All that time and effort was to prepare for this moment: knockout games are about to start
We have eight quarter-finalists in each division. Our winners, the new European champions, will come from a small group of teams. We’ve shown you so many of these games all week but the big games are still to come and you can watch them all with your friends at Ulti.TV. We’ll have quarters from each division available on YouTube, and then every single one of the semis and finals will be live on Friday after a change to the schedule!
We’ve got:
Latvia vs Ireland and Germany vs France in MIXED
France vs Great Britain and Italy vs Switzerland in WOMEN’S
Belgium vs Spain and France vs Italy in OPEN
All streamed for you, with many of the others available on the EUF VEO. Download the app and check them out (after watching the Ulti.TV streams, of course)!
We’re also bringing you the EUF Diversity Showcase as players from all over the world celebrate the diversity of the game in Europe.
The goal of this showcase is to increase the visibility of athletes from minority backgrounds in sports to Europe and the Irish community, as well as provide footage to show young athletes from minority backgrounds that there is a place for them in the sport.
You can help support the initiative by watching the game and also by buying gear to help fund the players playing in the game from our friends at Force Ultimate!
Stay tuned for the knockouts as we continue to get closer to crowning champions here in Limerick!
