It's the offseason in Europe but we're worldwide, baby 🌏!

Indian Mixed Nationals are back in full for the first time since the pandemic, and UPAI will be bringing it to you live!

Players in Europe and the USA are playing leagues, indoors and getting ready for the upcoming season. Players in India, though, have been in the midst of the National Championship Series for some time and this weekend it all culminates with the 24 best mixed teams in the country battling for the title.

This is the first year since the pandemic that the series has been back in full, with 78 clubs taking part in the series across sectionals, three regional championships and now the big one this weekend.

The local production and commentating crew — which we have been consulting for — will be bringing you games from 2 fields all weekend. The best teams in India matching up in a mixed gender competition.

Our very own Hannah Pendlebury organised a workshop for (aspiring) commentators to improve their play to play and colour talk. And Felix (from the Hive) has been giving his thoughts on better camera angles in the video production. ❤️
