EYUC 2024 heating up at the tail end! š„
Brackets are coming in hot, and the robo cams are taken over by our ULTI.TV production crew and on site commentators tomorrow.
Surprising youth
The EYUC 2024 is in full swing. The youth divisions are always unpredictable, and as Stefan Rappazzo says: "It's the beauty but the mystery of Under 17, you have no idea." The U17 category is truly special. The players are young, very young, but already possess immense skill and athletic ability at an early age.
What makes the U17 division so beautiful is the creativity and impulsiveness of the teenage brain. During your teenage years, you often react more from emotion than from reason. This leads to impulsive behavior, which on the field results in a lot of creativity, making it well worth following this tournament.
Update from the fields
By now, we can gain some insights as the tournament has been underway for a few days. In the Mixed division, there is one team that stands out above the rest: Italy. In the men's division, less is certain, and Germany, Sweden, and Belgium seem to have started the tournament strong. But don't forget: U17 is full of surprises. In the women's division, Italy also stands out at the moment and is performing well. The Italian team is still undefeated, as are the French.
We are now entering the second phase of the tournament, where the excitement is set to reach new heights.
